This project is an ongoing collaboration, and it’s been a great experience working closely with them so far. I started with in-depth research into the church’s history, competition, and industry trends, followed by interviews and workshops with their pastors to fully understand their vision. From there, I created wireframes and prototypes for their website, focusing on intuitive and accessible design. We’re currently refining the details, testing ideas, and making adjustments based on feedback to ensure the final result truly reflects their mission and serves their community well.
The new branding brought in fresh greens and browns to give everything a natural, welcoming feel. I reworked the website layout to make it easier to navigate and focused on user-friendly design. We also added vibrant photography to bring energy to their marketing and created a full set of materials—from brochures to social media graphics—that tied everything together.
The updated visuals have already made an impact—Facebook traffic and engagement are up, and the new color palette got great feedback from church members for its welcoming vibe. I’ve been taking bi-weekly photos to highlight the church’s community life, which they’re using across different platforms to show their story. The website’s new structure has also made things easier to navigate, especially for younger audiences.
The project hit all the goals and even went beyond what the client expected. They loved how I balanced the modern updates with their traditional values. They’ve already seen great results and are excited to keep collaborating on future projects.
